Medical Writer

Summary: Seeking a Medical Writer to develop accurate and effective clinical, scientific, and regulatory documents for external scientific conferences and meetings.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related field

8-10 years of experience

Good editing and proofreading skills

Moderate knowledge of medical writing styles, techniques, and relevant policies

Moderate knowledge on conducting focused searches on medical literature databases (e.g., PubMed, Medline)

Moderate knowledge of statistics

Job Responsibilities:

Research, create, and edit moderately complex scientific publications and presentations based on input from the Clinical Team, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and physician investigators

Write clinical documents for submissions such as briefing documents, previous human experience summaries, investigator brochures, and interim/final clinical study reports

Conduct literature searches, manage the literature database, and prepare literature reviews

Review draft publications for accuracy and continuity with previously published work and submitted regulatory documents

Pay: 50-60

Pay Details: $50.00 to $60.00 per hour
