Medicare Support Associate
The Role
Fidelity’s Healthcare Group has launched a new Medicare business that will provide our customers with tools and advice to help them select and purchase quality Medicare coverage. As an early member of this new and innovative team, you will have the opportunity to help build and grow a business that could impact millions of Americans!
You will support our sales and marketing efforts by fielding Medicare inquiries and facilitating the client engagement with our sales staff.You will engage with customers daily on inbound and outbound calls, answer questions, and deliver a superior customer service experience.Field Medicare inquiries through electronic communicationsCoordinate and schedule appointments between clients and our sales teamProviding post-enrollment customer serviceExplain the benefits and features of various Medicare health plans and aspects of Medicare to FMS customersPartner with our team to build and grow a new Fidelity business that could impact millions of Americans!The Expertise and Skills You Bring
A college degree is preferred but not required.An active Health Insurance License is preferred but not required.The ideal candidate will have Medicare experience or general health insurance experience either through working at a health plan or broker.Ability to demonstrate an empathetic voice, committed to the client experience and contributing to our sales and marketing efforts.Time management and self motivation to balance a work load both on and off the phone with various priorities on deliverablesThe Team
The Medicare Service Representative is a part of the Medicare Advice and Planning Team and reports to the Director of Customer Experience. They provide sales support to agents both on and off the phone. This role provides the opportunity to work with a variety of people, both internal and external to Fidelity, in a collaborative environment. We are looking for team members with strong interpersonal skills, time management skills, and an openness to training and feedback.

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Having the majority of our associates work onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most roles listed as Hybrid will require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office. This does not apply to roles listed as Remote or Onsite.

Certain roles may require candidates to go through a preliminary credit check during the screening process.
