Meadows of Napa Valley is a Continuing Care Retirement Community set on a sprawling 20-acre campus, featuring 243 independent living apartments, a 69-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and Rehabilitation Center, a 40-apartment Assisted Living Facility, and a 20-apartment Memory Support Center. What You'll Be Doing As a Medication Aide at The Meadows of Napa Valley, you will ensure safe medication delivery to residents while providing person-centered, individualized bedside care. You'll participate in ongoing education and training, and provide personal care assistance as needed. What You’ll Need A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Caregiver, preferably in a long-term care setting. Previous experience with a medication cart in Assisted Living is required. Current CPR and First Aid certification is required.
