Required Qualifications:

Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire: Medication Assistant Certification Endorsement Upon hire: Successfully pass NCSBN Medication Assistant Certification exam 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year experience as a MAC in a health care setting
