Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) by the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB)National Healthcareer Association (NHA)

Desired Qualifications:

 

Retail and inpatient pharmacy experience preferred

 

Licensure, Registration, Certification: 

 

PTCB Medication History Certification
