**Fairview Range is hiring a Medication Scribe/Pharmacy Technician for our Nursing Administration and Pharmacy departments in Hibbing, MN.** The Medication Scribe is part of a multidisciplinary team that is responsible for collecting and documenting patient medication and allergy information into the electronic health record system. In this position, you will be working closely with patients, families, and care team members throughout the organization to provide a complete, current, and accurate medication and allergy profile for the patient. This is an exciting position that works with patients across multiple departments of the hospital. It requires attention to detail, critical thinking, organization and prioritization skills. Effective and respectful communication skills are key. The Pharmacy Technician is a vital part of the Pharmacy department from providing technical support to clinical duties. This position performs unit dose cart fills, prepares sterile products such as chemotherapy and IV admixtures, and distributes medications and supplies as needed throughout the facility. The successful candidate will be adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Based within the hospital, our Pharmacy supports patient care in inpatient, emergency, and oncology/infusion settings as well as supporting outpatient vaccine programs. Our team manages patient medications, mixes medications on demand, and acts as a resource for the facility. **Schedule:** This position will work 72 to 80 hours per two weeks. The shift length will be 8-hours on the Day/Evening shift.
