Purpose Statement:  A site-level position, providing direct support to support the health of employees and direct support to drive all EHS initiatives as well.

Key Job Accountabilities:

Compliance with laws and regulations of the medical service. Medical examinations for occupationally exposed to risk agents at work. Updating and developing the medical department procedures. Employees’ medical care. Supervision of medical staff.

Education/Experience Qualifications:

A minimum of a Doctor titled with professional identity card is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. Two (2) years of related experience is required; Three (3) or more years of related experience is preferred.

Other Qualifications:  

Intermediate decision making and problem solving.Discretion and knowledge of policies of privacy.Ability and willingness to work in a matrix team environment.Ability to manage multiple projects.Ability to facilitate and lead meetings.Computer skills in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Visio, etc.) and internet-based systems.General office equipment and materials.
