PROGRAM SUMMARY:
The Diplomatic Platform Support Services (DiPSS) works in support of the Department of State to provide medical support services. The primary scope of this program is to execute medical support services at the United States Embassy and adjacent facilities in the Middle East.
POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Records and Data Management Specialist you will maintain project documentation files, ensure accuracy and compliance with Document Management Close as You Go (CAYG) requirements. You will scan physical records, upload electronic files, conduct document audits, and assist with logistical functions. In addition, you may have the opportunity to travel to some or all of our sites in Europe.
Please Note: This position will be based in Houston, TX. and may work a hybrid schedule with a requirement to report to Corporate Offices in downtown Houston, TX.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain project documentation files, including technical data, engineering drawings, and purchase orders.Scan physical records and upload electronic files to shared folders.Conduct document management audits to ensure compliance with CAYG requirements.Assist in lifting and packing boxes of physical records into Triwalls.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to communicate Document Management objectives, priorities, and schedules.Collaborate with Environmental, Safety, and other functional areas for logistical functions as directed.Develop metrics for performance measurement and analyze work processes.Ensure departments meet turn-in deadlines and are compliant in the document management process for record holders.Perform other duties as assigned.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 3 years relevant Department Record Owner Designee.Must be trained in the KBR Document Management Process.Must have a thorough understanding of Document File Plans (DFP).Requires proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Must be able to backfill any open CO-DM position at any location or Task Order.Must have current access to bases in IraqMust be medically fit and willing to travel CONUS and OCONUSMust be able to lift 50lbsMust be a U.S. Citizen with a current U. S. Driver's License.Must possess passport book (not passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity AND 6 blank visa/stamp pages remainingMust be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluentlyCandidates must also meet CENTCOM MOD (Fit for Duty) theater requirements. Must currently possess or be able to obtain prior to being hired as is required for this position a U.S. Government (USG) issued Secret security clearance and/or a favorable USG Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT). Must maintain eligibility at the required clearance or certification level for the duration of the task order.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
