Meeting & Events Coordinator 

Job Summary 

The Workplace Experience Meeting and Events Coordinator assists with aspects of the planning and execution of internal meetings and events for the residents of the office. This can range from multi-day trainings to office-wide lunches. The Meeting and Events Coordinator is responsible for ensuring exceptional client experiences through proactive communication and high touch hospitality focused service. They must be able to exhibit exceptional customer service and communication skills. 

Key responsibilities: 

Calendar management of various spaces  

Assist with catering orders, receipt collection and organization  

Providing event coordination and assisting in setup or cleanup for onsite events (including catering, AV, office supplies, etc.) 

Monitoring email inbox and employee requests, prioritizing emails and drafting responses and solutions in a timely professional manner with resolution 

Reserve and confirm reservation requests for conference room and event spaces  

Support Executive Assistants and provide executive support as needed 

Build meaningful relationships with members of the office and visitors  

Partnering and building relationships with vendors 

 

Key requirements for this role:  

High School diploma or GED required 

Minimum 2-4 years relevant work experience required in similar roles 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 

Strong organizational skills 

Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer satisfaction 

Full-time onsite availability required 

Professional demeanor 

Strong interpersonal skills 

Possess strong attention to detail, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

Advanced ability to organize 

Good judgment in confidential situations and proven experience interacting with senior management 

Estimated total compensation for this position:

52,000.00 – 53,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
