**Position Description**
Are you passionate about contributing to high-profile projects supporting critical operations?Serco-NA is seeking a skilled Meeting Facilitator to provide facilitation and management support for multiple workforce development groups within the Naval Shipyard Enterprise.

As the Meeting Facilitator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of regular and ad-hoc meetings, both virtual and in-person, by handling scheduling, attendee management, agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience in meeting facilitation and documentation.
**This position is contingent upon your ability to obtain an Interim Secret DoD level clearance prior to employment.**
**In this role, you will:**
+ Schedule and manage recurring bi-weekly team meetings and one-off meetings as needed.
+ Send calendar invites and manage attendee lists.
+ Develop and distribute meeting agendas in collaboration with the Workforce Development Director, Deputy Director, and attendees.
+ Facilitate meetings, ensuring discussions stay focused and productive.
+ Capture and document meeting minutes, key decisions, and action items for follow-up.
+ Maintain a historical record of meetings by organizing documents on SharePoint/Teams.
+ Coordinate with the Workforce Development Director and Deputy Director to secure meeting spaces for face-to-face sessions.
+ Ensure availability of necessary meeting supplies for in-person meetings (e.g., markers, chart pads, notepads, pens).

+ NSTEP Board of Directors
+ Command University
+ Continuing Training and Development Managers
+ Occasional ad-hoc meetings as required
**Qualifications**
**To be successful in this role, you will have:**
+ High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 8 experience in meeting facilitation, coordination, or administrative support
+ Must be able to obtain an interim clearance prior to employment.
+ Strong organizational and communication skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint/Teams for document management.
+ Ability to manage multiple meetings, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
+ Travel will be required ~ 6 separate 1 week events per year.
**Desired Skills:**
+ Prior experience in a shipyard, workforce development, or government environment is beneficial.
+ Familiarity with Navy processes and workforce development initiatives.
+ Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

_In compliance with local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $50,000 to $70,000.00; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills._
