Hourly Wage: $15.00 - $19.29 per hour, plus bonus opportunity

As a Meeting Room Clerk, you will provide meeting and meal setup services needed in the Mt. Sterling meeting rooms and additionally back up Office Support Services.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Manage and schedule meetings in Outlook Code and allocate meeting expenses Manage the quality of all meetings, on and off site, including safe-food handling, meal set up, clean up, delivery and storage Arrange tables and chairs in meeting rooms in the specific set up requested Ensure outstanding customer service is provided and complies with company policies Follow and apply standard work and work instructions Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position

YOU MUST HAVE

High school diploma or GED Valid Illinois Driver’s License Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook products Proven customer-service skills Ability to lift 50 pounds Effective communication and organizational skills Professional and positive attitude

YOU MAY ALSO HAVE

Experience working in both team and independent settings Ability to quickly adapt to changing requests Knowledge of Zoom Room technology Professional and positive attitude Food Safety Handler Certification

 ROLE SPECIFICS

Schedule: 7:30-4:30 Monday through Friday with the ability to work flexible hours to meet the responsibilities of the job Regular physical activity, including lifting 25 or 40 pounds repetitively Standing and walking for long periods of time and routinely climbing stairs while carrying food trays, or boxes.
