Deine Aufgaben Verantwortung für die End2End Organisation von Events.Eigenverantwortliche Recherche, Planung und Durchführung von F2F, virtuellen und hybriden VeranstaltungenUnterstützung der Marketingabteilung in der Rolle als Local Marcom (Erstellen von Marketingmaterialien nach Branding Richtlinien, Erstellung und Steuerung von Posts auf Social Media Kanälen)Erbringen von herausragendem Service, einschließlich Recherche, Veranstaltungsvorschlägen, Budgetplanung- und KontrolleBindeglied zwischen Kunden und einzelnen Partnern (Hotels, Veranstalter, Messebauern, Cateringunternehmen, etc.) in Punkto Organisation, Kommunikation und DetailabsprachenVerwaltung aller Projektdaten mit Hilfe eines Meeting Management Tools (z.B. Cvent)
