Your Role:

As a Megasys Safety-Quality Engineer role, you will be responsible for developing and managing site standardization of Safety, Projects and Quality operations and processes. You will be the primary customer interface for customer satisfaction in all quality & standardization issues. This role is responsible for the development and maintenance of a site quality management system. You will also lead all technician technical training efforts and development of training content.

 

Other responsibilities include:

Maintain 100% compliance to safety program compliance with Operations, Project and Logistics groupsMaintain quality management system compliance by enforcing total safety and quality standards across the site operationDirect and manages site team on full quality program implementationFacilitate service incidents root cause analysis with site operations managerResponsible for tracking and trending all service and equipment related issuesManage and communicates change across the organizationProvide a written safety training program and tracks certification in support of operationImplement and maintain the Basic Safety Process (BSP) Program throughout site operationMonitor compliance of safety & quality processes/requirements for site (spot checks); addresses compliance issues as neededControl and support the development of Training Qualification ManualsDrive 100% compliance of online and classroom training programManage all site-level operating procedures and certification processes in accordance to QMS standardsResponsible for site compliance of best practices, incident reporting and closure, safety audits, and quality audits

 

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering2+ years’ experience managing safety or quality programs2+ years’ experience performing Root Cause Investigations

 

Preferred Qualifications:

CSP certificationSologic or similar root cause program facilitator certificateLean Six Sigma Green Belt certification

 

 

Pay Range for this position - $49,500 - $148,900

 

Our ranges incorporate all levels and career types available within this specific role, and are derived from relevant industry market data.  Should we decide to make an offer, we will consider several factors, including but not limited to your location, skills, experience, career level, and other job-related factors.  This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; paid time off; and paid holidays; among other employee benefits.
