The Meijer Media Program Lead has direct responsibility over a segment of business and is accountable to develop, execute and optimize holistic, integrated marketing campaigns across digital and in store channels using platforms that maximize scale and drive specific business objectives and vendor revenue.
**What You'll be Doing:**
+ Use strong communication skills, customer focus and media understanding to tell the story of Meijer Media’s key differentiators in the marketplace.
+ Own the revenue targets for the specific business and is held accountable to driving partner revenue while contributing to overall business growth goals
+ Develop and maintain effective partner relationships and customer service
+ Conduct annual planning for specific accounts & programs to achieve revenue targets.
+ Prospect new partner opportunities to invest in Meijer Media and grow new business
+ Create and deliver presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and expertise in Meijer Media solutions.
+ Accurately and effectively manage the specific account revenue pipeline in order to prioritize business opportunities and resources.
+ Develop sales presentations & collateral to communicate program details, generate interest and drive revenue
+ Execute and enhance a scalable transactional sales process to maximize partner communication & engagement for small/medium size partners
+ Work with media planning team to develop effective & scalable solutions
+ Participate & support the development, sales & execution of large scale seasonal & tentpole events
+ Coordinate with cross-functional teams & agencies to execute campaign fulfillment
+ Collaborate with analytics partners to measure the impact of campaigns on the business and specific brands.
+ Use systems & tools to manage mass communications and a high-volume of sales & campaign management
+ Provide customer support on partner-facing and self-service portals
**What You Bring with You (Qualifications):**
+ Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
+ Marketing/Sales majors preferred
+ Has strong initiative to drive business results.
+ Has exceptional attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills.
+ Utilize strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts fluidly and cross functionally.
+ Requires the need to understand upper funnel [brand messaging, calls to action] and lower funnel [direct response, conversion] campaign tactics.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills along with cross company and partner collaboration skills. Ability to be clear, concise, and effective in communication.
+ Requires the ability to advise partners on best practices and areas of opportunity
+ Strong interest in advertising data/tech, MarTech, paired with existing strong analytical, quantitative skills and problem-solving skills.
+ Resourceful in maneuvering through a large company while working in a nimble and fast paced environment – ability to adapt and thrive in any business situation.
+ Understand and thrive in a fast-paced media environment.
+ Work effectively and achieve results across internal functional areas and external parties in ambiguous situations.
