MEM Coordinator (Shop)
Overview To support marketing equipment distribution by providing leadership and execution for each contributing hub role. These roles include local repair, final prep, loading/staging, scrap, component repair, and transport. Support GCS compliance, Safety, Environmental, and equipment inventory processes. Responsibilities Multi-task in a fast-paced environment Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers / suppliers Demonstrate self-motivation and resourcefulness with a can-do attitude Superior organizational abilities Create and maintain working relationship between hub and locations Subject matter expert and process coach for all equipment make and models Schedule and allocate work effectively for all hub employees to ensure the successful delivery of field ready equipment to all locations using Lean principals Support and manage departments start time, breaks, lunch, and end of day to location policy Support inbound and outbound equipment processes for GCS compliance Support period inventory confirmation & PEL process Coordinate/ troubleshoot hub logistic issues Support Finished Goods component inventories Follow standard procedures for the repair, prep and/or distribution of equipment Maintain parts- storage, replenishment, receiving & inventories Proficient in all job duties and hub processes (MACHe, MACHp & parts utilization) Use problem solving techniques to improve process execution Coach compliance processes to ensure alignment with GCS standards Maintain workstations, tools, and work area in a clean and organized manor Follow facility safety policies assist and facilitate EHS training Follow all department environmental policies Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $46,200 - $73,750.
