Elite Home Care Day Centers and Transportation in Conway is currently seeking a passionate and caring member assistant to join our team.   This is a full time , hourly position and will require working collaboratively with other team members to provide the best care possible. The member assistant will provide hands on  care for the members which  includes but is not limited to maintaining safety, feeding, toileting, diaper changes and assistance with a variety of activities.

Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Activity Director to carry out engaging activities for members, including but not limited to: games, arts and crafts, music, health and educational programs
- Assist with behavior redirection as needed

- Responsible for setting up and cleaning activity areas, ensuring a safe and organized environment
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including assistance with feeding, toileting, and dressing
- Document and report any changes in client behavior or health to the RN Administrator
- Actively engage and socialize with clients to promote mental and emotional well-being
- Maintain member confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with elderly and/or disabled population preferred
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Clean background check and drug test
- Must be physically able to assist members with personal care tasks.
