Member Benefits and Rewards Manager

As our Member Benefits & Rewards Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling ASICS’ membership program – OneASICS™ – globally.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work on crafting the vision for benefits, rewards and partnerships offered to OneASICS members around the world, delivering consistent value for members, the ASICS brand, and our business. You will be tasked with leading the prioritization roadmap, internal alignment and establishing the processes needed to serve members at scale through our channels and regions.

 

Your contribution will be critical to help create the impact, presence and differentiation we seek to stand out in the marketplace and reach our goals.

 

How you will help us:

Based in our Hoofddorp HQ and reporting to the Global Director of Loyalty and Ecosystem Marketing, as part of the role you will:

Lead the OneASICS benefits and rewards strategy.  You will ensure the right balance between membership growth, commerce, and brand is achieved and create consistency on hero program benefits and rewards offered in different regions, while offering regional flexibility to ensure local relevancy.
  Implement regional guardrails and pilot new benefits. You will define strategic, financial, and programming guardrails for each component of the portfolio to deliver profitability whilst allowing for brand impact. You will consistently track and increase benefits and rewards redemption by evolving the strategies implemented through a rigorous test and learn regional approach.
  Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships. Working alongside key stakeholders, you will initiate and manage relevant partnerships to expand the 365 OneASICS rewards for movement offer, establishing OneASICS as a truly purpose-built membership program. You will monitor competitive trends, maintain relationships with reward vendors and fulfillment partners, and ensure new partners align with consumer expectations and brand values.
  Manage the portfolio and delivery of benefits and rewards. You will regularly assess the people, processes, and tools needed to endure benefits, rewards, and partnerships can be consistently served to OneASICS Members. To ensure that benefits and rewards are cascaded for regional activation you will develop a cross-functional network of internal stakeholders and participate in existing forums.
  Review the performance of global member benefits and rewards. You will own the test & learn roadmap for benefits, rewards, and partnerships, rregularly assessing redemption, profitability and ROI to optimize the OA portfolio and communicating your learnings across the organization to implement best practices at scale within global and regional teams.

What we are looking for:

Proven experience managing loyalty and membership programs. You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience as part of a global organization and are familiar with financial governance and ROI measurements for membership programs. Demonstrable success in managing membership-based change initiatives and campaigns. You have at least 4 years of experience identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships with proven impact and a track record of crafting and delivering member rewards and benefits strategies to enhance retention, engagement, and lifetime value. Strong communication skills. You are easily able to navigate a matrixed organization, balancing different opinions and feedback. Identification with ASICS values. You have a passion for sports and identify with our Sound Mind, Sound Body philosophy. Open to travel (up to 10%). You are eager to collaborate with ASICS colleagues and partners globally, travelling occasionally to some of our main locations.
