About the role:

The Member Marketing Traffic Manager will be responsible for the intake, triage, prioritization, production, execution, and project management of marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, content marketing, print materials and microsite/landing page development. This role will own developing timelines, managing resources, and coordinating deliverables within Member Marketing functions to ensure efficient and effective project completion.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations, this position requires: experience in marketing/creative traffic or project management; excellent communication skills; the ability to cultivate productive relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and vendors; the ability to interpret and clarify requirements within creative briefs; and strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate must prioritize tasks, identify key deliverables, learn and recommend systems and processes to meet deadlines, and consistently exceed business goals and client expectations.

Job Requirements: 

Responsible for the intake, triage, prioritization, resource assignment, scheduling, budgeting, and project management of marketing projects and campaigns, such as email campaigns, content marketing, print collateral and microsite/landing page developmentValidate project requirements vs. team capabilities/priorities; provide marketing/creative guidance to internal clients to enable them to provide the inputs necessary for effective/efficient solutioningUse project management tools to outline and manage project tasks, key milestones, and timelines to ensure on-time deliveryManage resources and resource allocation, including load shifts, to ensure efficient project execution in partnership with team leaders; identify and escalate resource gaps in a timely mannerLead marketing project team meetings and manage timelines to ensure on-time deliveryCoordinate review and approval processes by internal stakeholders and clients; proof/QA deliverables to ensure alignment against site/client branding nuances and provided feedbackContribute to efficient workflows and blueprints across digital marketing platforms to streamline project management Manage monthly client billing process for marketing projectsOversee vendor contract and invoice managementSupport efforts to collect and analyze data on market conditions, competitors, and consumer trendsMaintain understanding of brand standards, design, and production processManage department’s digital and communications channels

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required

Experience:

3+ years of proven experience in marketing, creative or related roleExperience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) desiredExperience with project management tools, specifically Wrike, desired

Knowledge and Skills:

Strong organizational skills with the ability to develop timelines, manage resources, and coordinate deliverablesProficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing and content management systemsAbility to review creative briefs and other project inputs for completion, clarify creative project asks, and translate project needs between marketers and non-marketersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to cultivate productive relationships with cross-functional teams and leadersStrong process management approachEye for design and ability to manage creative projects according to brand guidelinesAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partnersSelf-starter, team player with a can-do attitude who demonstrates initiative and thrives in a fast paced, collaborative work environment
