This team is dedicated to creating scalable frameworks that enhance the efficiency of workflow management systems. Located in one of Nutanix's office hubs, the team embraces a culture centered around collaboration, technical excellence, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The mission of the team is to innovate and improve database management solutions, ensuring that they meet evolving customer needs and contribute to the overall success of Nutanix’s products.You will report to the Sr. Manager, Engineering, who fosters a supportive and transparent leadership style, emphasizing open communication and collaboration within the team. The work setup is flexible, with a hybrid model allowing for a combination of remote and on-site work. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence.
