Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of passenger boarding bridges, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient passenger boarding processes Lead a team of technicians during the assigned shift, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections of PBB systems to identify and address any potential issues or malfunctions Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule and execute preventive maintenance activities, minimizing downtime and disruptions to airport operations Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems related to PBB systems, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices, contributing to a safe and secure airport environment Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the performance and reliability of passenger boarding bridges Prepare shift reports, maintenance logs, and documentation to accurately record maintenance activities and facilitate effective communication. Co-ordination with AOCC, Apron control, Safety teams for compliances and various approvals to work at Airside. To know about various permits, safety procedures etc. for smooth operations. Daily monitor the flight data and MIS as per site requirements. Knowledge of BME equipment will be an added advantage. Knowledge of A-VDGS should be a must for PBB operations. Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in the aviation industry Demonstrated experience in maintaining and troubleshooting Passenger Boarding Bridge (PBB) systems Proven track record of overseeing shift operations and ensuring compliance with safety regulations Experience in leading a team of technicians and providing technical guidance
