About the Job:

Answer and document incoming phone calls regarding claims and billing.Provide accurate information to callers from the website and other platforms.Maintain database information, updating addresses, beneficiaries, and other changes.Monitor and respond to inquiry emails and voicemails.Collaborate across the team to streamline processes.Complete additional administrative, data entry, or other relevant tasks as needed.

About You:

Bachelors degree is preferred, but not required for this role.1+ years of call center experience required; experience with insurance or healthcare preferred.Excellent phone presence and communication skills.Tech savvy with the ability to utilize multiple systems concurrently.Possess strong attention to detail and accuracy.

About the Position:

$43K-$50K (dependent on level of education and experience)100% on-site during training in Falls Church, VA before transitioning to a hybrid schedule.
