Member Service Representative
Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Member Services Representative to join their team. As a Member Services Representative, you will be part of the customer service department supporting a dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Member Services Representative **Location:** Ishpeming, MI **Pay Range:** From $16.00 per Hour **Shift:** Full Time: 35-40 hours per week. Must be available until 6pm, M-F, typical shifts are 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm or 9am-6pm. Occasion Saturday shifts 9AM-1PM. **What's the Job?** + Provide exceptional front-line member service by processing deposits, withdrawals, and account maintenance tasks with accuracy and efficiency. + Assist members with account-related inquiries, including opening/closing accounts, debit card issues, and other account maintenance needs. + Address and resolve member questions or concerns about credit union products and services, ensuring a positive member experience. + Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations and member satisfaction. + Be prepared to work at multiple branch locations (Ishpeming and Marquette) as needed and assist with Saturday shifts. **What's Needed?** + Full Time: 35-40 hours per week. Must be available until 6pm, M-F, typical shifts are 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm or 9am-6pm.
