District Council located in West Village, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary Member Service Representatives be the point person when a member calls with questions. Candidates will go through a thorough training program to learn all necessary information. This position will start ASAP requiring 5 days in the office, from 9am-5pm (35-hour week). Pay rate up to $21/hour with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch customer service to members Learn the ins-and-outs of the business to assist members as neededAnswer any and all questions relating to members' benefit plans Set up meetings, update information into the system as needed

Qualifications:
