General Responsibilities: 

Members of the outside service team must be dedicated to providing superior customer service, exceeding all expectations for both members and guests. Team members must be detail oriented and prioritize tasks effectively. They must be dependable and be prepared to work weekdays, weekends and summer holidays. Individuals must be self-motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment. Specific duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Specific Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain cleanliness in staging areas, cart barn and bag room Stage golf cars and bags for daily play, tournaments and outings Loading and unloading of golf bags Stock staging & on course amenities Clean golf clubs after use                 Practice Facility Duties: Opening & Closing Procedures Ensure fully stocked golf balls at all times Maintain practice facility amenities and cleanliness Pick & clean golf balls, including native areas Golf car maintenance: Cleaned, washed and organized daily Detailed monthly Assist with tee sheet management Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Work Experience:

Customer service skills a must (personable, friendly and socially engaging) High degree of professionalism Commitment to excellence High school degree or equivalent degree 

 Compensation:

$13 per hour based on experience, plus tips (additional $3-$8/hr.) Looking for applicants who can be available for all shifts from April through October (seasonal position). 30-40 hours per week. Employee lunch available at 50% off menu price Discount on merchandise Playing & practice privileges

Environment/Noise:

Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions. Noise level is moderate.

Job Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Preferences:

Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the associates may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or co-workers, the manuals for the equipment the associates may use are in English). Retail sales experience is preferred. Computer proficiency including but not limited POS, Microsoft Office applications, social media and other programs related to tennis such as tennisdirector.com or ClubAutomation.
