Member Services Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Member Services Manager to lead our membership services team and ensure outstanding customer satisfaction. In this role, you will manage daily operations, oversee sales strategies, and build meaningful relationships with prospective and current members. Responsibilities:

Oversee lead tracking systems and develop sales strategies for outreach and marketing initiatives.

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins; schedule and conduct facility tours tailored to individual needs.

Recruit, hire, and train membership sales staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve sales goals.

Collaborate with the fitness team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new members.

Report membership sales performance to the General Manager and Regional Director.

Develop and execute corporate and group membership sales strategies.

Promote club services and programs to drive member engagement and retention.

Achieve monthly and annual membership sales targets.

Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall team success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fitness, or a related field required.

Minimum of 2 years of sales or membership experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet applications.

CPR/AED and First Aid required.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor.
