Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Member Services Representative to join our client in the insurance industry. In this role, you will play a key part in providing exceptional administrative and member support while maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our policy documentation. Primary Responsibilities: + Perform accurate and efficient data entry of insurance applications into our system. + Proof and verify policy details to ensure there are no keying errors, maintaining high standards of accuracy. + Assemble policy documents and prepare them for distribution to insured members. + Provide excellent customer service by eventually interacting with agents and members via phone or email to address inquiries and clarify information. + Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve application or policy issues. + Maintain confidentiality and comply with company and industry regulations. Requirements Qualifications: + Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially when entering and proofing data. + Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with agents, members, and team members. + Proficiency in basic office technology, including data entry and word processing software. + Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment. + A positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional member service. + Prior experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not required. Preferred Skills: + Familiarity with policy documentation or administrative tasks in a similar field. + Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
