Description We are seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team in the health insurance sector, based in Carmel, Indiana. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customer claims, managing inbound calls, and overseeing data entry tasks. You will also need to effectively manage interruptions while maintaining speed and accuracy. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. Responsibilities • Process customer claims efficiently and accurately • Manage inbound customer calls, ensuring excellent customer service • Oversee data entry tasks, prioritizing speed and precision • Effectively manage interruptions, maintaining focus and productivity • Utilize Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate customer credit records • Use email communication effectively to resolve customer inquiries • Carry out filing and copying tasks as part of basic office duties • Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary.
