Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity in the Insurance industry located in Carmel, Indiana. We are in search of a Member Services Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be handling customer inquiries, processing their applications, keeping their records up-to-date and overseeing their accounts. Responsibilities: • Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer claims • Handle inbound calls addressing customer queries and concerns • Maintain updated customer records and monitor their accounts regularly • Adapt to interruptions and maintain focus on tasks at hand • Prioritize speed and accuracy in data entry tasks • Use Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for various tasks • Perform basic office tasks such as copying, filing, and managing emails • Uphold high standards of customer service at all times • Operate at an alpha numeric data entry speed of 6,000 - 8,000 kph.
