Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Member Services Representative in Alexandria, Virginia. Working within the banking industry, you will be tasked with handling customer transactions, maintaining member communication, and managing various administrative tasks. Responsibilities • Accurately process membership applications for new customers • Handle and process shared drafts as required • Take charge of receiving and processing transactions on a routine basis • Engage in regular communication with customers, greeting them upon arrival • Efficiently answer inbound calls, ensuring all client queries are attended to • Manage about 20 calls per day, maintaining a detail oriented and helpful demeanor • Utilize banking software and computer programs to maintain accurate customer records • Answer client questions promptly and accurately, providing excellent customer service • Be responsible for processing incoming mail and distributing as necessary • Complete check processing tasks as part of the role's responsibilities.
