Description
We are looking for a Member Support Coordinator to join our non-profit client in Indianapolis, Indiana. The individual in this role will provide key administrative support, manage events, maintain member records, and foster member engagement. This is an opportunity to contribute to a welcoming and organized environment for both staff and community members.
Responsibilities
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for team members, managing schedules and preparing materials for meetings and services.
+ Coordinate programs, including scheduling, preparation, and tracking progress against timelines.
+ Facilitate communication among program staff, families, and other stakeholders to ensure a personalized and meaningful experience.
+ Assist in planning and executing organizational programs, events, and activities, including logistical planning and volunteer coordination.
+ Manage event setup and breakdown to ensure a high-quality experience for attendees.
+ Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records in the database, documenting activities and engagement.
+ Prepare reports and analyze data related to attendance, participation, and engagement to inform better decision-making.
+ Foster a welcoming environment by building meaningful connections among members, families, and community groups.
+ Complete day-to-day administrative tasks related to customer service, member engagement, and outreach activities.
This role is an essential part of creating a positive and inclusive experience for members, families, and staff while supporting the broader mission of the organization through effective coordination and administration.
Requirements • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the Non-Profit sector
• Proven skills in Calendar Management, preferably with experience in Google Calendar
• Prior experience in providing Administrative Assistance
• Experience in Client Administration, with a focus on managing and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to Coordinate Meetings, including logistics, attendees, and agendas
• Experience in Meeting Preparation, ensuring all materials and participants are ready and informed
• Proficiency in Event Planning and coordination, with a focus on Community Events
• Demonstrated expertise in Event Coordination, managing all aspects from planning to execution
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on ensuring member satisfaction
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
