**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Address and resolve members inquiries
+ Troubleshooting App and Devise Issues
+ Document and update member records based on interactions
+ Stay informed about our evolving products and services
+ Manage multiple member inquiries quickly, accurately, and efficiently
**WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORKSPACE:**
+ Dedicated home office workspace, ideally a separate room with its own door
+ Adequate space to set up the workstation
+ Ability to hardwire internet (direct connection to your router)
+ Three power connections
+ No personal disruptions during scheduled hours (e.g., loud music, non-work-related phone calls, or other household members)
+ Continuous availability throughout your shift; flexibility to handle non-work-related tasks is not possible.
**PREFERRED SKILLS:**
+ Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment
+ Minimum typing speed of 40-55 WPM
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Positive and professional demeanor
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ High school diploma required; college education preferred
+ Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting Apps and Devices
+ Previous medical experience a plus
**TRAINING:**
+ 100% attendance required
+ Live Remote Training
+ Systems and Program Training
+ Full-time, Monday-Friday, dayshift training
**AFTER-TRAINING SCHEDULE:**
+ Monday-Friday, afternoon/evening shift
