As a Manager for Membership Brand Experience in the Global Loyalty and Ecosystem Marketing team, you will play a critical role in scaling ASICS’ membership program – OneASICS™ – globally.

In this role, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work on creating the Global strategies and enablement plans and bring a true sense of community, connection and belonging to OneASICS members.

 

How you will help us:

Based in our Hoofddorp HQ and reporting to the Director of Loyalty and Ecosystem Marketing, as part of the role you will:

Further develop the OneASICS brand position. With agency and internal creative support, you will own the development of future visual direction and benefits and rewards messaging hierarchy, oversee the development of OneASICS creative to enrich the OneASICS asset library, and develop playbooks and applications needed for brand book implementation in existing (asics.com, Runkeeper) and new channels (ASICS app, wholesale).

 

Act as a gatekeeper of our ASICS brand. You will constantly monitor brand consistency across key channels and all OneASICS journeys to ensure compliance of our brand guidelines and assets in alignment with our core ASICS Sound Mind, Sound Body brand philosophy.
  Enrich the OneASICS ecosystem experience. You will work alongside cross-functional Marketing, Commerce and Product teams to assess the drivers, barriers and hooks for OneASICS member sign-up, engagement and conversion, supporting the development of OneASICS digital experiences and expansion of OneASICS presence in new channels to maximize awareness with core audiences (social, influencers, athletes, frontrunners).
  Lead the Seasonal Member Moments strategy. You will develop the yearly calendar for our OneASICS Member Moments and lead the development of a Members’ Week strategy, partnering with Brand Comms and Category Marketing on Tier 1 Global campaigns and constantly refining how OneASICS integrates within existing Brand and Category campaigns.
  Secure OneASICS brand expansion and partnerships. Consistently evaluate potential brand partnerships for evergreen and fame driving campaigns that drive equity and awareness in key moments, explore partners for community-building OneASICS activations such as charity partners, ASICS Tennis Academy, Frontrunners, Strava, Sportstyle and secure high impact pinnacle elements of global offer for Members’ Week (Global AV, strategic partnership, secure a Global Athlete etc.).

What we are looking for:

Brand and/or Digital Marketing experience. You have at least 5 years of experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns that involve multiple goals and teams across brand, commerce, and digital, preferably as part of a global organization. Experience leading agency briefs and creative teams. You are able to evaluate the quality of messaging for various audiences and channel formats and you know your way around Adobe Suite and to guide toolkit applications development. Membership-based initiatives experience. Ideally, you have proven experience in managing membership-based initiatives and campaigns, understanding customer behavior and marketing strategies to engage retention, engagement, and lifetime value. Strong communication skills. You are easily able to navigate a matrixed organization, balancing different opinions and feedback. Open to travel (up to 10%). You are eager to collaborate with ASICS colleagues and partners globally, travelling occasionally to some of our main locations.
