Job Overview: This individual will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and securing new members while fostering a culture of exclusivity and community among current members. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional sales acumen, a strong marketing background, and a passion for luxury hospitality. Key Responsibilities: · Develop and execute strategic membership sales initiatives to achieve annual enrollment goals. · Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective members through networking, outreach, and referrals. · Conduct private tours and presentations, highlighting the club’s premier offerings and benefits. · Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective members and ensure consistent follow-up. · Collaborate with ownership and leadership to refine the club’s positioning in the market. Marketing & Brand Awareness: · Create compelling collateral, digital campaigns, and promotional events that drive membership interest. · Develop innovative strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract high-net-worth individuals. · Oversee digital presence, including social media and website content related to membership. · Assist in curating exclusive member experiences that reinforce the club’s prestige and desirability. · Oversee all member and prospect communication to ensure consistency and engagement. Member Relations, Onboarding & Retention: · Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing members to drive engagement and referrals. · Act as the key point of contact for membership inquiries, ensuring a seamless and white-glove experience. · Oversee and manage the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a smooth transition and full integration into the club community. · Monitor membership trends, feedback, and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement. · Organize member appreciation events and initiatives to enhance retention. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience: · Proven track record in membership sales, luxury hospitality, or high-end real estate. · 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a private club or similar environment. · Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. · Strong knowledge of luxury brand positioning and the ability to articulate the club’s value proposition. · A polished and professional demeanor with a passion for delivering an elite membership experience. · Proficiency in CRM tools and database management. · Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
