Membership Experience Leader- with Sales Experience

THE MAX Challenge is looking for a motivated and professional Membership Experience Leader to develop our membership base and deliver 5-STAR service to our loyal members.  Hours rage from early morning shifts starting at approximately 4:45am, mid-day availability, or evening shifts ending about 8:30pm.  Monday- Friday mostly.  Availability to work select weekends- (no more than 3 hour shifts)

If you are motivated to excel in fitness and have a passion to develop professional relationships both inside and outside the center, this position may be right for you.

RESPONSIBILITES

Sales calls to leads (previous sales experience A MUST!)Generating leads through grassroots marketing and community outreachFollowing up with prospect leads via phone and emailManage leads within our CRMInteract with members on social mediaAssist in creating social media contentAdministrative dutiesDeliver 5-star customer service to membersExperience in social media/ marketing a plus
