JOB OVERVIEW:
Membership Sales & Wellness Advisors are responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, enhancements and add-on service goals. Membership Sales Advisors must display, have knowledge of and participate in all the Massage Envy services, programs, and products. Above all, Membership Sales Advisors have the ability to build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members in order to build a strong referral base and retain members.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for selling memberships, enhancements and retail productsAchieve or exceed individual sales goalsBuild rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current membersMembership Sales Advisors must have knowledge of and participate in all the Massage Envy services, programs, and productsCreating a pleasant and professional atmosphere ensuring that the lobby, front desk, retail shelves, tranquility and treatment rooms are clean, organized, well-stocked and ready for clients.Helping to deliver outstanding customer service by assisting front desk staff with filing, organizing, shipping and receiving, and other tasks as needed so they're prepared to focus on clients.Supporting the delivery of our brand promise, "We help you take care of you," by ensuring that treatment rooms are client-ready and that service providers have everything they need to deliver amazing services. Upholding the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.Answering phone calls.Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments.Greeting members and guests upon arrival.Promoting the Wellness Program.Re-engaging inactive members.Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager’s policies, procedures and direction.Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.Staying updated on retail products and promotions.QUALIFICATIONS
Previous sales experience is requiredMust have an entrepreneurial spiritConfidence to perform on an incentive-based salaryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsEnthusiastic, energetic, personable and friendly dispositionPersonal passion for health and self-care routinesEnjoy working within a teamStrong time management skills and practicesAbility to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsMUST be able to work evenings, weekends Pay Transparency: $16-$18 Hourly. Variable pay-for-performance bonus and commission plans allow for an unlimited earning potential.
