Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven Membership Sales Specialist to join our team at StretchLab. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness, enjoys building relationships, enthusiastic, and enjoys a team-oriented environment. This role is pivotal in driving membership growth and supporting our studio’s success. Responsibilities: * Lead Generation: Follow up on leads, inquiries, and prospects through calls, emails, and in-person interactions. * Membership Sales: Actively engage with potential members to educate them on StretchLab’s services, benefits, and membership options. * Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals. * Studio Tours: Conduct tours of the studio, showcasing the facilities and explaining StretchLab's unique offerings. * Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with the studio team, including flexologists and management, to create an exceptional experience for every member. * Administrative Tasks: Manage member accounts, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate data entry in the sales and membership system. * Achieve Goals: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
