What You'll Be Doing You will provide individualized care to residents in Memory Care by providing a therapeutic environment that maintains residents’ highest level of physical, social and psychosocial well-being. You will be responsible for the overall programming and care of the Memory Care Center. What You’ll Need Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with geriatric patients, specifically those living with Alzheimer’s or dementia in a memory care or other long-term care environment. Previous programming experience and credentialed as an Activities Coordinator. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
