Earn $19.50-$21.50/hour 

 

The Care Coordinator works to provide the Adult Day Program recreational activities for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Alzheimer/Dementia (AD/D). 

 

Examples of activities would include:

social skills appropriate use of leisure time mobility, sensory and perceptual motor skills. 

A high degree of flexibility, organizational skills and creativity is required of this employee.  This is a supervisory position to guide employees in the implementation of programs and care for Individuals with IDD and AD/D.
