Are you ready to lead the charge in Design solutions for novel MEMS sensor packaging solutions? Join our team in Burnsville, MN where innovation and excellence drive everything we do. Our onsite Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems (MEMS) Fabrication is focused on the Manufacturing of MEMS sensors.

As part of the MEMS team, you will have the opportunity to:

Work with technology development partners to meet optimum design criteria to meet system level requirements.Design solutions for novel MEMS sensor packaging solutions

What YOU will do:

Implement the physical design of packages and modules for MEMS sensors.Define product validation and acceptance tests.Drive innovation, performance, cost and manufacturability improvements in package design together with vendors and system developers.Interface with cross-functional teams on package design.Support manufacturing operations for new product introduction and process troubleshooting.Identify and drive cost saving opportunities and/or performance improvement.Support current product investigations and troubleshooting

Education and Experience:

Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations, and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years of experience, or in the absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Working knowledge and experience of the Fab Processes and FlowExperience with CREO/ Solid WorksU.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
