4 Year Degree Join our exciting team as the Wingate Men's Club Beach Volleyball Head Coach, overseeing all aspects of running and creating a successful men's club beach volleyball team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting prospective student athletes, organizing team travel arrangements, managing the budget, and ensuring the success and well-being of student athletes. Additionally, part of your responsibilities will include providing support to the Women's Beach Volleyball Team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment for both teams.

The ideal candidate is passionate about beach volleyball, with a strong background in coaching and coordinating sports teams. You should have exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for talent, and be dedicated to helping student athletes reach their full potential. Communication skills are essential as you will be liaising with student athletes, coaches, and staff to ensure smooth operations of the team on and off the court.
