Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health PA Adult Services provides programs and services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our main campus is located in Berwyn PA. As a Behavioral Clinical Coordinator we invite you to bring your clinical, programmatic and administrative skills and experiences to Devereux’s clinical team.  The Clinical Coordinator provides supervision and oversight for psychological services to Individuals by members of the Clinical Team, in assigned residential and community programs.  Coordinates clinical services with Residential and Work Training staff.  Coordinates Behavioral Treatment Programs and provides clinical supervision to pre-doctoral interns, externs, and practicum students.  Assists the Director of Clinical Services in coordinating Clinical Programs for the Center. Provides quality control for the delivery of clinical service

Qualifications

 

EDUCATION:

Doctorate degree in Psychology and licensed or licensed eligible required

 

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of two (2) years’ experience developing and implementing cognitive-behavioral interventions within the context

          of a treatment team process.

          At least two (2) years’ experience as a mental health provider serving individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, brain injury, or complex needs.

Supervisory experience with ability to support staff with empathy and flexibility

Experience working in a multi-disciplinary treatment team process. 

Excellent professional writing skills.
