Willingly and safely transports patients to and from facility at request of coordinator/designee. Correctly identifies and uses appropriate personal protective equipment. Assists in designing topic- specific didactic group sessions focusing on topics pertinent to the patient population. Consistently assists Mental Health Counselors to conduct psycho-educational groups according to the treatment schedule. Assists in the orientation and mentoring of new and current Mental Health Workers. Demonstrates clinical competency. Follow Psychiatric Resource Partners Time and Attendance policy. Identifies individual learning needs and pursues opportunities for professional enrichment by attending continuing education programs/in-services. Participate in treatment planning by helping to identify patients problems, needs and strengths. Report all areas of concern regarding patients mental or physical status to the Charge Nurse. Plan and prepare adequately for supportive group activities.
