Mental Health Counselor Masters - Family or Child Therapist

Providence is hiring a Mental Health Counselor to provide compassionate care to children and families in our community. In this role, you will provide therapeutic counseling interventions and psycho-education to patients and their families on an outpatient basis.
Note about pay structure: While our official pay range for this position is $37.10-$58.73, we operate on a production-based pay model with incentives per patient visit/relative value unit (RVU). We put our clinicians in charge of their own schedules, providing flexibility and possibility to our caregivers. We continually reevaluate pay, and many of our clinicians surpass our official pay range.

Required qualifications:
Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or health related field. Family counseling or therapist experience.Why Join Providence?
