Make a Difference in Crisis Mental Healthcare | 13-Week Contract

Position Details:

Facility: 18-Bed Crisis Stabilization Unit Schedule: NOC Shift (9 PM – 7 AM), 4 days/week Location: Santa Rosa, CA – Heart of Wine Country Duration: 13-week contract with potential for extension

Impact You’ll Make: Join our dynamic crisis stabilization team where every shift provides an opportunity to transform lives. In this role, you’ll provide crucial overnight mental health services in an intimate 18-bed facility, ensuring continuous care and support for individuals during their most vulnerable moments.

Your Typical Night Will Include:

Managing 1-2 comprehensive patient assessments Developing actionable discharge plans for smooth morning transitions Leading crisis intervention and stabilization efforts Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team Providing compassionate care in acute situations

Must-Have Qualifications:

Active CA registration as AMFT, ACSW, or APCC with the BBS Proven experience in mental health crisis settings Expert-level de-escalation techniques Strong clinical documentation skills Ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration
