Mental Health IOP Therapist - Evening

We offer behavioral healthcare services – psychiatry, addiction recovery, mental disorder treatment, etc. – that allow clients at all stages of recovery or rehabilitation to reclaim health and well-being.

Schedule: Monday through Thursday 1pm-9pm, Friday 9am-4pm

Salary Range: 50,000-55,000 A

Scope of Position & Technical Competencies:

Conducts group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy, as needed Conduct level-of-care assessments in accordance to program needs. Prepares materials for facilitating sessions and or groups. Maintains client files according to program standards. Initiates and develops treatment planning goals through contact with clients, family, colleagues and other staff, according to program timelines. Evaluates behavioral and emotional needs of clients and family members. Maintains professional interpersonal communication with clients, referral sources and company representatives. Manages client files by having appropriate documents with in the allowable time frames. Attends meetings regarding client’s progress. Scheduled for 40 hours per week. Attends trainings, staff meetings and supervision as needed and according to program standards. Maintains safe, orderly and therapeutic physical environment for clients including crisis intervention. Maintains ethical boundaries with clients. Ability to support other programming in office as needed and as appropriate. Other duties as deemed necessary.

Population specific competency Education, Experience:

1) A Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in chemical dependency, clinical psychology, social work, counseling, nursing (with a clinical specialty in the human services field) or other related field.
