This is a combined posting for a Social Worker MSW, Social Worker LCSW, Mental Health Therapist LMFT,  and Licensed Professional Counselor. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. Consideration for each role will be based on qualifications. The Behavioral Health Associate CSWA practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The BH Associate CSWA will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified. Under direct clinical supervision, the BH Associate CSWA will utilize established approaches and standards; complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or others; complete and implement risk reduction/mitigation plans to ensure patient and community safety; incorporate evidence based approaches to psychotherapy including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and the recovery model, Under clinical supervision, this position will also demonstrate effectiveness in individual, group and family psychotherapy and multi-modal treatment settings. This position works under clinical supervision, in a licensing board approved plan of supervision to achieve licensure with a Board qualified supervisor certified by the OR state Board of Social Workers. 

The BH LCSW independently practices in an evaluation or treatment setting dedicated to evaluation and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The BH LCSW will collaborate with patient/support system in evaluating, diagnosing patients utilizing current edition Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and/or providing specialized psychotherapy services as described in CPT to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified. Utilizing established approaches and standards the BH LCSW will complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or others, complete and implement risk reduction/mitigation plans to ensure patient and community safety. The BH LCSW incorporates evidence based approaches in psychotherapy including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and the Recovery Model. The BH LCSW will demonstrate effectiveness in assessment and diagnosis, including crisis evaluations, individual, group and family psychotherapy and multi-modal treatment settings.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. This position will provide specialized psychotherapy services, as described in the CPT, to reduce and /or resolve symptoms of psychiatric and/or substance use disorders identified. Under direct clinical supervision, the Licensed Professional Counselor will utilize established approaches and standards; complete assessment of patient risk to self and/or others; complete and implement risk reduction/mitigation plans to ensure patient and community safety; incorporate evidence based approaches to psychotherapy including but not limited to cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and the recovery model, Under clinical supervision, this position will also demonstrate effectiveness in individual, group and family psychotherapy and multi-modal treatment settings.  This position works under clinical supervision, in a licensing board approved plan of supervision to achieve licensure with a Board qualified supervisor certified by the OR state Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists. 

 

Social Worker MSW

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree Social Work Oregon Clinical Social Work Associate License upon hire or Oregon Clinical Social Worker License upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of Clinical work experience within healthcare, hospice and/or bereavement.

Social Worker MSW, Salary Range:

Min: $38.95, Max: $61.67

Social Worker LCSW

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE). Upon hire: Oregon Clinical Social Worker License Or Upon hire: Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License  Upon hire: Social Worker License in state(s) of hire, and wherever care is delivered. Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional experience in substance use treatment setting. 2 years Post Master's experience in a behavioral health treatment setting.

Mental Health Therapist LMFT

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree Family therapy. Oregon Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship. Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.

Mental Health Therapist LMFT, Salary Range:

Min: $38.95, Max: $61.67

 

Licensed Professional Counselor

Required Qualifications:

Master's Degree Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field. Oregon Professional Counselor License upon hire

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting in an accredited college or university internship. Additional experience in substance use treatment setting.
