Salary: £23400 plus £4000 sleep-in allowance (Requirement to work 6 sleeps a month)

We're seeking a dedicated Recovery Worker to join an outstanding mental health charity in Boston, Lincolnshire.

What You'll Do:

Provide compassionate and individualised support to adults experiencing mental health crisis.Empower clients to develop and lead their own recovery plans, fostering independence and control.Utilise therapeutic interventions to promote well-being and stability.Collaborate with external agencies to connect clients with additional resources.

Who You Are:

Possess a strong understanding of mental health issues.Have at least 6 months of experience in a social care setting, ideally with a focus on mental health.Thrive in a fast-paced environment with flexible hours.Demonstrate excellent communication, empathy, and a creative approach to problem-solving.
