Mental Health Counselor - Residential AWAKE Overnight Positions available in the communities of Bedford, Belmont, and Waltham Weekly guaranteed hours with set schedules FT and PT BENEFITS starting at 30 hours $17.75 per hour Schedules FULL -TIME: Sunday 11p-9a Monday 11p-9a Tuesday 11p-9a Wednesday 11p-9a PART-TIME: Thursday 11-9a Friday 11p-9a Saturday 11p-9a
What You Will Do: The Awake Overnight Counselor will provide recovery-oriented psychosocial rehabilitation services and support to adults with mental health issues living in a group living environment. Responsible for delivering recovery-oriented, evidenced-based, trauma informed clinical interventions as identified on Persons’ treatment plan with supervision from clinical staff during overnight hours. Provides advocacy and support to Persons living in a group living environment. Who You Are: High school diploma or equivalent required. BA or BS preferred. Minimum of one year experience working with adults with major mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders preferred. MAP certification required. Ability to learn about housing and basic computer skills. Must have valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
