Mental Health Services Coordinator

Regions Hospital is seeking an efficient, organized Mental Health Services Coordinator to join our team in our Mental Health department.

This position is responsible for critical and varied administrative, business, project management, and communications functions for the Mental Health department within Regions Hospital, including inpatient, HeroCare, Daybridge, and Intensive Outpatient programs, as well as the Regions Hospital Beyond the Yellow Ribbon program.

The coordinator provides:

Provides administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all assigned departments. Develops and manages critical departmental communications. Oversees multiple business office functions for Mental Health programs and department. Independently coordinates special projects.

Work schedule: FTE: .6 (24 hrs. weekly), Day shift

Required Qualifications:

Education:  Bachelor's degree required. May be actively enrolled in bachelor’s program with planned graduation. AA degree with two years of related experience could substitute for four-year degree.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Experience:  Five years of experience in administrative roles with increasing responsibility, including significant experience in project management and business functions.
