You’re quick to listen, offer support, and adaptive to changing demands, while simultaneously creating a welcoming environment. Your spidey senses are always on 100 and you react swiftly with a supportive and empathetic approach. In times of uncertainty, you seek to understand and are not afraid to ask questions.
